Sandbox Funding 2023 Audited Report

Sandbox Funding LTD, an affiliate of Debitum Investments, has released its Audited Annual Report for 2023. The report is available in the Corporate Governance section of the investment platform.

Company Overview

Founded on March 30, 2023, Sandbox Funding was established to diversify investment opportunities for investors and to test potential new Loan Originators.

Key Achievements in 2023

Significant progress has been made over the past year, reflecting healthy growth. In the first nine months since the company began operations:

• Company has attracted 6 Borrowers from the forestry and agriculture, eco-house construction, and energy sectors,
• By December 31, 2023, on the Debitum Investments platform Sandbox Funding LTD had EUR 3 842 667 in funded investments,
• All principal and interest payments to investors are repaid according to investment payment schedules,
• The company’s total revenue for 2023 was EUR 248 622.

Sandbox Funding closed its first year of operations with a loss of EUR 24 629. Despite a minimal loss, the company showed promising growth and laid strong foundations for future operations.

Peering into the 2024, as the main goal for Sandbox Funding remains attracting new Loan Originators that meet the platform’s quality criteria, ensuring stable and efficient business models with/or investments secured by solid collateral.
