BONO House, a company specializing in eco-house construction, has launched its first series of Secured Notes. This initial offering includes notes with a total value of 250,000 euros, aimed at financing house construction and real estate development projects.
BONO House has earned recognition among our investors primarily through its affiliation with Sandbox Funding as a borrower since September 2023. Over the course of eight months, BONO House has consistently demonstrated professionalism and reliability in performance and communication, punctually fulfilling all repayments of ABSs to investors. Based on this solid track record, Debitum Investments has authorized BONO House to issue Secured Notes, as confirmed by Henrijs Jansons, co-owner of Debitum Investments.
About the Issuer:
Founded in Latvia in 2022, BONO House operates extensively within the real estate sector, specializing in the development of private house projects and the assembly construction. The company is particularly noted for its focus on eco-friendly constructions, employing Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) as the principal material.
The Issuer is a subsidiary company of BONO Group. BONO Group enterprises provide a full-cycle of forest management, forest property acquisition and sale, and the sale of logs, wood chips, and sawn timber. In 2023, BONO Group achieved a significant milestone, recording a turnover exceeding 90 million EUR. The group maintains daily cooperation with over 1,000 partners from 27 different countries, highlighting its extensive global reach and robust business operations.
